Services were provided for an overall building concept and site plan master plan of the existing 70 acre site that can accommodate expansion needs, near future needs and long range expansion goals.
 
Program specifics included providing a new educational training center for customers/clients and for in-house and worldwide staff; a computer center with major expansion space; a balance of open landscape and closed office planning; new spaces for corporate, sales, training, development groups and service, as well as lounge/eating spaces.
 
The atrium mall serves as the connecting street between the new and existing facilities with interconnecting bridges at all levels. The mall allowed the existing facility to remain in use throughout construction. The three-story open well space serves as the major circulation spine of the complex.
