Mr. Salib manages DRG Architects’ architectural procedures and develops the scheduling for each phase of every project. Mr. Salib is responsible for in-house project administration, by being involved in the initial client meeting and throughout the design and construction phase. He ensures that there is clear communication of all program requirements between the clients, the DRG Architects office, and the consultants.
