About
Patrick Seiwell has been providing reliable, efficient and elegant architectural design solutions to a myriad of clients for over three decades. His ability to assimilate building, public safety and accessibility codes and apply them to a particular project is unique in the industry. He has successfully navigated the complex requirements the Federal Anti-terrorism and Force Protection codes while incorporating the requirements of the State Historic Preservation Office on a protected structure. He has guided a number of New Jersey public school districts through their Long Range Facilities Plans and construction expansion plans as Architect of Record and has acted as the Principal in Charge for projects with Rutgers, Ocean County College and The College of New Jersey. His recent work on the Harlem Armory involved a 10 month design process that included a two-day intense charrette workshop that included 5 different end users from three army regiments and the NYPD.
