Ronald de Villa is a seasoned architect who has designed and coordinated a multitude of educational projects both big and small, locally and around the world. Mr. de Villa is highly proficient in the most current building information modeling (BIM) methodologies, ensuring an orderly digitally coordinated design and construction process. He is also pursuant in contemporary educational policy issues, and has had a particular focus on the overlap of architectural and engineering building systems with the stakeholders’ organizational, strategic, sustainability and financial goals. He has worked on numerous capital improvement projects, which involve site documentation, authored/edited scope reports with estimates, document research, damage mapping of existing conditions, and concept design.
