Mr. Laki has notable experience in renovating schools, fire stations, and transportation facilities, as well as designing new construction. Mr. Laki works with all the consultants that are part of the design team, and coordinates with each discipline to create a comprehensive and complete project. With his extensive knowledge of building codes and ADA accessibility standards, he also collaborates with the Building Code Compliance plan examiners, New York City Fire Department, Parks Department, and the Department of Transportation, in order to gain the necessary approvals for general contractors to file for construction permits.
