3D Model Timelapse
Printing a dimensional model is valuable in helping our clients visualize the proposed building design options. By seeing the physical representation of the building, DRG Architects and our clients can make changes based on observations, thus avoiding costly construction changes when it’s time to build the structure.Check out our 3D Printout of PS 143!

Patterson Armory Rendering Walkthrough
The Paterson Armory is a mixed-used project that included 138 residential apartment units, retail and office spaces, and parking, which would transform the city of Paterson's site into a dynamic center that would catalyze a growth in the inner city. The ‘skin’ of the existing armory façade would remain integrated into the base of the project, with the existing main entrance arch repurposed as the gateway to the building. This adaptive re-use of the armory’s historical architecture aims to embrace the history, and reference back to the city of Paterson’s rich history.

This design proposal was also submitted for the 2017 New Jersey American Institute of Architects Annual Design Awards, where it was the recipient of the 2017 New Jersey AIA Annual Design Honor Award in the Unbuilt Category.
