DRG in collaboration with the New Jersey Army National Guard (NJANG) and the New Jersey Department of Military Veterans Affairs (NJDMVA) has completed a multi-phase Master Plan for the Lakehurst Naval Air Station to create a new logistics and training complex on the 160 acre site. The new Consolidated Logistics Training Facility or CLTF launched a new protocol for the military.
The new protocol will address several logistical issues including;
The overall CLTF project now has the capacity to service and maintain over 5,000 military vehicles. The project components and phases for construction went as follows:
DRG directed and managed the efforts of design professionals that performed site/civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering for the CLTF project. DRG completed collaborative efforts with Geotechnical engineers, environmental specialists, Fire Protection Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers to complete the utility service calculations and designs for the new CLTF.
