Norsworthy Hall Renovations

DRG was selected to provide the A/E services to investigate, make recommendations, and design the renovation of a freshman dormitory, Norsworthy Hall, on the College of New Jersey campus. The project includes interior demolition and renovation of all bathrooms as well as asbestos/lead/mold abatement. The new construction elements include new interior finishes throughout the building, new doors and hardware, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, equipment and infrastructure throughout the building, code upgrades to the existing sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and restoration of water damaged basement spaces. DRG has also provided an in-depth investigation of the existing storm drainage system, including camera scoping of all area wells and leaders.
